1st or 2nd Shift EXPERIENCED CNC Mill Operator

Plouse Precision Manufacturing, Inc., a full service manufacturing facility that has earned a reputation for excellence in product, seeks an experienced CNC Mill Operator in our Harrisburg, PA facility.

We specialize in CNC milling and turning, wire EDM, stamping, tapping, forming, heat treating metals, sub-assembly work for tools and have the ability to produce a blueprint for a part. We also design progressive stamping dies for the electronics, medical and defense industries, from precise customer specifications.

We are seeking an experienced CNC Mill Operator with 10-15+ years relevant experience. The ideal candidate will be proficient at: setting up and programming Mori-Seiki CNC mills with live tooling and Fanuc controls, read drawings, work to close tolerances. 5+ years CAD/CAM, preferably MasterCam experience required. Multi-axis (4/5 axis) programming and machining experience strongly desired. Knowledge of latest cutting tool technology a plus.
