CNC Milling
Plouse’s facility contains a variety of
CNC milling machines to provide the machining services
needed for any manufacturing requirement. CNC milling is a
cutting process in which material is removed from a block by
a rotating tool. Cutting tools of various profile shapes are
available including square, rounded and angled. A wide
variety of part shapes and geometries are possible. Plouse
uses CNC milling for customers in many different industries
to create engine components, custom and mold tooling,
complex mechanisms and enclosures and anything else our
customers need. We can handle many sorts of milling
processes for a wide range of processes and a large variety
of materials. We use vertical milling centers, horizontal
bore mills and other conventional milling equipment.
